Casca Armchair

Shelter in sculptural form.

Casca—meaning "shell" in Portuguese—is an intimate study in protective geometry. This armchair wraps around the sitter like a sculptural embrace, a private sanctuary within any room.

The sculpted teak shell is masterfully carved from solid Brazilian teak, its curved surfaces revealing the wood's warm grain and organic character. Internally reinforced with hardwood structure, the shell achieves both visual lightness and structural permanence. This is architecture at furniture scale.

Within this protective wooden cocoon sits a generous cushioned interior, upholstered in your choice of sumptuous materials: velvety Velvet for luxury, tactile Bouclé for understated texture, crisp Linen for contemporary clarity, or supple Leather for timeless elegance. High-density HR foam ensures that the sculptural form never compromises on comfort—the seat embraces while supporting.
